It has been a great experience. Every time I take one of my cars to True Automotive. They have great technicians to handle any job that comes their way. Service advisors that can explain what's going on with your vehicle. In detail that I can understand what's going on with my vehicle. I strongly recommend True Automotive. They get it right. The first time with warranty. Thank you, true, automotive.

This was my first experience with True Automotive in Marietta. The reasons I'm giving this review 2 stars and not just 1 star are due to the friendliness of the staff and the 3yr/36K mile warranty on the work. The price I paid was outrageous and downright ridiculous! I knew the job that needed to be done was extensive and I was not expecting it to be cheap, which is why I decided to take my vehicle to True Automotive and not the Genesis dealership. The total cost for my repairs was close to $5K. After receiving the invoice for the job, I researched the industry average cost for the repairs I had done. What I found was truly mind boggling. The industry average for the work I had done is $2,200 - $3,300 from an independent repair shop. The average for the actual Genesis dealer is $3,000 - $3,800. I was charged $4,791 by True Automotive in Marietta. One thing I noticed when looking at the "detailed" invoice True provided, there was no separation of the costs for Parts and Labor. No labor costs listed whatsoever! There were no labor costs, labor hours nor parts costs. If I'm paying close to $5K, I expect the service provider to be transparent with their prices. Why the sec

Buyer Beware – My Experience Raises Serious Questions About Their Reviews Before I even get to what happened with our vehicle, I want to mention something concerning. My husband left an honest negative review about our experience, and somehow it was removed. That makes me question how many other negative reviews have disappeared as well. It’s difficult to trust a business’s rating when legitimate customer feedback doesn’t seem to remain visible. My husband scheduled a simple oil change—the most basic and routine service an automotive shop performs—and it was not completed properly. The technician failed to reinstall the engine oil cap. As a result, engine oil sprayed throughout the engine compartment while my husband was driving. The oil burned on hot engine components, causing the engine compartment to smoke and filling the cabin with fumes that made him physically ill. What should have been a routine oil change turned into thousands of dollars in damage and repair costs, as well as a serious safety hazard that never should have happened. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish at True Automotive! I originally went in for just an oil change, but Ashley and Geordie truly went above and beyond to make sure everything on my car was taken care of. Ashley was so welcoming and professional, and Geordie took the time to thoroughly check my vehicle and explain everything to me. What I appreciated the most was their honesty. Most places would’ve tried to upsell me on brakes, but they honestly told me I didn’t need them at this time. That says a lot about their integrity! They even cleaned leaves from underneath my car and made sure everything was in top shape before I left. The customer service was top-tier, the prices were reasonable, and the entire experience made me feel valued as a customer. I was referred here by the owner Rob Eskew, and I’m so glad he recommended them. I highly recommend True Automotive to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and excellent automotive service. I’ll definitely be back for future work on my car!

I had an amazing experience at True Automotive! Omar was absolutely incredible, I’ve never had someone take the time to come out, talk with me, and really explain what was going on with my car and assured me that everything was fine. That level of care and attention truly stood out. If you have a Benz, take it to Omar, you will not be disappointed! Ashley, the service advisor, was just as amazing. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way before they started working on my vehicle. The customer service here is top-tier from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping you. Let’s not forget the pricing, it was amazing and honestly a breath of fresh air compared to dealership costs. I will definitely be back!
